By using Convoy ("the app") you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older. Convoy is a hands-free, voice-only tool for passengers. You must never operate the app as the driver of a moving vehicle. You are solely responsible for using it lawfully and safely and for obeying all traffic laws.
You agree not to harass, threaten, defame or abuse others, post hateful, sexual or objectionable content, or report speed cameras, radars or police checkpoints. There is zero tolerance for objectionable behaviour. Violations may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
Voice conversations are live and not recorded by us. Map reports and ratings you submit may be shown to other users. You can mute, block and report any user. We review reports and remove abusive users.
Talking to other drivers and rating drivers require Convoy Premium, available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Convoy is provided "as is" and is not an emergency service. In an emergency call your local emergency number. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
