This policy explains what Convoy collects and why.
Apple ID (Sign in with Apple): a stable anonymous identifier to create your account and prevent abuse. We do not receive your email unless you choose to share it.
Precise location: shared in real time with drivers near you only while the app is in use, so you can be matched. It is never shared in Ghost Mode and is not stored long-term. Map reports you post store the report location briefly.
Microphone: used only during a conversation you accept. Voice is live and is not recorded or stored by us.
Profile: your call-sign, car details, reputation and ratings are visible to other drivers.
Real-time voice is carried by our infrastructure provider (LiveKit) solely to connect calls. We do not sell your data.
Turn on Ghost Mode to be invisible. Mute, block or report any user. Delete your account by signing out; sign-out removes your profile from the device.
